Brokeret grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform strictly for your authorized business or professional purposes. You may not:

Brokeret is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

All intellectual property rights in the Brokeret platform, including software, databases, interfaces, documentation, and proprietary algorithms, remain the exclusive property of Brokeret. These rights are protected under copyright, trademark, and patent laws worldwide.

Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of Brokeret's intellectual property is prohibited and will be enforced to the fullest extent of applicable law.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as described therein.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
