Trademark Policy

Last updated: March 2026

This policy governs the use of Brokeret's trademarks, including our name, logo, product names, and other brand identifiers. It applies to all parties — clients, partners, affiliates, media, and the general public — who interact with or reference the Brokeret brand.

1.What This Policy Covers

Brokeret's trademarks include the Brokeret name and wordmark, our logo and icon variants, product names (including Forex CRM, Prop CRM, RiskBO, diCharts, and others), taglines, and any other brand identifiers that Brokeret uses to distinguish its services in the market.

These trademarks are valuable assets that represent the quality and trust associated with our technology. Protecting them ensures that users and the market can reliably identify Brokeret as the source of our products and services.

2.Authorized Use

Use of Brokeret trademarks requires prior written permission from our legal team. Where permission is granted, the following rules apply:

  • Trademarks must appear exactly as provided — do not alter colors, proportions, fonts, or spacing
  • Do not combine our trademarks with other logos or brand elements without explicit approval
  • Always use the trademark as an adjective modifying a noun (e.g., "Brokeret platform"), not as a verb or standalone noun
  • Do not use our trademarks in a way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation where none exists

3.Prohibited Use

The following uses of Brokeret trademarks are expressly prohibited:

  • Registering or using our trademarks in domain names, social media usernames, or app store listings without authorization
  • Modifying, distorting, or combining our trademarks with other elements
  • Using our trademarks in content that is defamatory, misleading, or harmful to our reputation
  • Implying that a product or service is endorsed, certified, or affiliated with Brokeret without authorization
  • Creating derivative brand identities that are confusingly similar to Brokeret's

4.Media & Marketing Use

Journalists, analysts, and media professionals may reference Brokeret's name and products for editorial and factual reporting without prior approval, provided the use is accurate and not misleading.

Partners and affiliates who wish to feature Brokeret trademarks in marketing materials, press releases, or co-branded content must obtain written approval before publication. Approved brand assets are available upon request from our team.

5.Enforcement

Brokeret actively monitors for unauthorized or improper use of its trademarks. We reserve the right to revoke any previously granted permissions if usage guidelines are not followed. Unauthorized use may result in legal action including cease and desist notices, injunctions, and claims for damages.

If you believe Brokeret trademarks are being misused, please report it to our legal team. We take all reports seriously and will investigate accordingly.
